Planning
To begin planning we first read through the script. We than began to look into what audio sounds were needed, breaking down each scene into the main sounds of that will set the scene of the audio drama. We did this by highlighting the part that needed some audio and then making a note beside the script in the order things were being highlighted of what sound effect or piece of dialogue we needed. To see the highlighted script download the blank version on the left. Below are the notes of what sounds were needed when looking at the highlighted script. This meant we had the major sounds needed and after planning out these sounds, if the audio drama feels empty, to come back to this script and see what is not highlighted and could add to the atmosphere.

After doing this we went off in groups to create an audio plan, this would tell us who would be responsible for recording each of the sound effects needed. We split the sound effects between us so we wouldn't each have to do as much recording. This will be useful as there were some sounds others could create which I would struggle with myself at home. I recorded my five sounds and uploaded them as my classmates did the same so we had a bank of sound effects. I may need to do some more extra recording for myself as I'm editing but this is good start to be able to start editing together my audio drama in audacity.
