Upon review of my original GANTT chart I can say that I am over meeting targets, I am ahead of schedule by about one week. I feel this is because I used my Easter to the full extent as before the holidays I was a little behind with research by a few days. However I feel, the holidays were a good chance for to get where I needed to be. As of today (20/04) I have completed filming and started doing the video editing on my film. This puts me ahead of schedule with regards to production. I am happy about this because I wanted as much time as I could get with regards to production, especially now after the deadline has been pushed back one week. In theory the pushback means I am just on schedule however I would like that time to allow for refining and final adjustments. I feel throughout the context tabs I was on schedule but the thoroughness of my research is when I started to fall behind a little as I really wanted to make sure I was covering all areas and knew what the vision was in my head and the best way to portray this. This was helpful much rather than a disturbance. The planning was a lot quicker due to my extensive research process, I knew exactly what I was planning and therefore was able to do this over Easter. I need to make some changes to this GANTT chart, regarding to the date change and how my schedule has actually gone. This will be mainly around the planning stage as I know my timetable looking at what I have now.
